Secondary Sources - Databases

Computer databases are a very important resource. They contain huge amounts of data. Some pre-filter their content for relevance and quality. This includes the TRIP database (Turning Research Into Practice), which enables the user to search a number of EBM resources and Clinical Evidence, which integrates evidence about prevention and therapy after applying an explicit review process. The focused clinical question is a good starting point from which to develop a search strategy for databases.
